York University has finally filed its Statement of Defence and Counterclaim in the Access Copyright litigation.
Given the potential importance of this litigation to the
entire Canadian educational community and even beyond, especially if York suffers any significant
and irreversible setback, let the comments commence.
Mine will follow in due course.

filed almost five months ago.
The late filing, almost four months after the normal prescribed time limit, was done with the consent of Access Copyright.
